Indeed. Bless her. I remember when I first bought a computer - she was interested, though she never pretended to know anything about it. But she would always ask how I was getting on with it, whether it worked ok etc.
Trews, This is one of the loveliest things I have ever read online. A pure gem, it would also make great flash fiction if you ever felt the desire to expand. Happy Birthday to your wee granny.
