Speed = distance over time

I just worked out the distance of one of my cycling routes using this. The route is one of the medium-length ones I do in terms of time and distance, and works out at nearly 24 miles (taking just over an hour and a half).

Which means, over the last few days, I must have covered about 90 miles - possibly more - on the bike, mainly in the evenings after work.

I'm quite pleased about that, actually.

(I was originally going to call this post velo-gubbed, but wondered if that might be too cheeky)
